Abstract

Due to the Turkish cuisine is one of having culinary culture to the world's richest diversity, gastronomy tourism activities developed in could have a major charm and of this kind of tourism more in Turkey has reached more tourists entertained could impression. It has been concluded that the value of Turkish cuisine culture will increase and it will rise to a better position in the tourism industry with the increase of local and international studies on Turkish cuisine culture and the promotion and marketing activities for the relevant destinations that have the potential of gastronomy tourism. This is general information about gastronomy, tourism, showing the rapid development in recent years in working with alternative forms of tourism are forwarded recommendations regarding gastronomy and tourism activities in Turkey are located.
